The Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team have been engaged in a Strategic Planning process since January 2022. The process to date has included consultations with residents, their family members and staff. As the Strategic Priorities are being finalized, we felt it was important to hear from you on what actions will bring these priorities to life at St. Pat’s.
We are seeking input from residents, families and staff regarding what Quality of Life means for the people living at St. Pat’s and what Person-Directed Care means to you. We will be holding Town Hall Meetings on each Resident House Area during both day and evening shifts to hear from all of you. Your comments and ideas will help inform our planning for the future.
