Our residents and their families were recently asked to complete satisfaction surveys regarding St. Patrick’s Home and the results are in! The purpose of these annual surveys is to provide our residents and their families with an opportunity to express their feelings and opinions regarding the various care and services they are afforded. It is our aim to improve the delivery of care and the quality of services where possible, based on the results of this survey. As such, this feedback is extremely valuable.
