St. Pat’s is in the process of strategic planning. Consultation with family members of residents is important to our process. We are looking for family members to be engaged in one of the upcoming strategic planning consultations.
Our facilitator Pamela Smit is holding three sessions with family members.

The Family and Friends Council is coordinating registration in the other virtual session on April 2, 2022 at 10am.
The focus in strategic planning is on the future. We think about the situation now and we reflect on what we would like it to be in the future. It is about the work we do and how we work as we strive toward our vision “a welcoming home where everyone feels supported and cared for”.
