Environmental Services

Environmental services ensure that the building is kept in good working order. All resident electric appliances are inspected by Environmental staff on admission, yearly thereafter as are any new appliances brought in after admission. In conjunction with other staff, Environmental Services staff keeps the building and property safe from intruders and physical hazards. Through the department’s preventative maintenance program, all equipment is serviced regularly.
